David’s career in healthcare services has spanned the ecosystem of pharmaceutical, payer and provider solutions. Most recently, he was CEO of Healogics, a national operator of wound care facilities. There, he transformed the leading provider of advanced wound care services through a new value proposition and performance management system. In doing so, this differentiated the customer value Healogics delivers, while developing population-based solutions for patients, all to drive better health outcomes.

Prior to CEO, David served as the Chief Financial Cfficer at Healogics, eviCore, and inVentiv Health, executing debt and equity transactions, including recapitalizations, acquisitions, and multiple successful transitions. He consistently demonstrates focus on delivering exceptional customer growth, while also managing the profitability complexities of fee-for-value contracts. 

David earned his bachelor’s degree in Economics and Business from Lafayette College in Easton, PA, and was a certified public accountant (inactive).
